北海道出身の友達から新しい羊肉のお店が出来たと誘っていただきました。
その友達もこれは美味しいと太鼓判(^^♪
場所は笹島の交差点を栄方面に少し歩きます。
2人なのでカウンターでいただきました。
店内はモダンでおしゃれダウンライトがある内装です。

羊は北海道から直送とのことなので新鮮そのもので、全く臭みの無いラム肉です
歯ごたえもあり、肉のうまみを感じます。
特にとろとろの塊酢豚が最高です。こんなに味がしっかり染みこんだ酢豚は他ではなかなか食べれない一品でした。
ラムチョップも新鮮で噛むと肉汁が出てめちゃくちゃ美味しいです。
接客も素晴らしくて、どれも美味しい手の込んだ料理でした。
