会社の送別会で同僚がどうしても行きたいということで、初訪問です。
鶏味噌すきを四人前とビール。
口コミ通り仲居さんが全部やってくれるので安心です。
スープが予め用意されているのかと思ったら、
目の前で八丁味噌をだしに入れるところから始まるので楽しめます。
想像より強火でグツグツ煮込んでも、鶏肉はとても柔らかく、
味噌も甘めながらくどくなく、飽きずに最後まで美味しく頂けました。
締めのきしめんでは少し味が薄くなっていたかな。
味噌を足してモラエバ良かったです。
最後、スープまで飲み干したくなるような満足感でした。
再訪したい。。
