久方ぶりの納屋橋の宮鍵へ
ちょうどいい感じに、1階テーブル席が空いていた。
小上りも風情があってよいのだけど、居心地はテーブル席かなあと。
時節柄と小生暑がりのため、鍋にはせず、しもふり2種からスタート。
しもふり赤身がとりわけよい。
霜降りの写真を撮り忘れてしまった。
その後、焼き鳥やレバー、皮、砂肝と柏の焼き物を頼む。
これも撮影忘れが多いなあ（笑）
酒は辛口の原酒の4合瓶で。
そしてぜひとも頼みたいのは、鰻。
こちらは、蒸さないカリ、サク、ジュワってやつ！
まずはう巻き（撮り忘れ）、たたき、そして満を持してのかば焼き。
心持ち飲みすぎてしまった。
