うな丼をいただきました。
こちらのお店は、タレの味が上品と言うか
おぢさんには物足りない感じです。
美味しいのは間違いないのですが。
うなぎは、おそらく良い鰻を使っているようで、小ぶりで、あぶらにしつこさがありません。
おぢさんは、庶民なので上品なうな丼は、うーんとなってしまうのです。
うなぎ四切れに対して、ごはんの量は多い
コレを美味しく食すには六切れ必要だと感じました。
コスパは、あまり良くないですが
美味しい、正統派のうな丼かと
ごちそうさまでした
