Fushimi is one stop away from Nagoya Station. Koranen is a long-established town that I have been interested in for a while. A shop that is only open in the evening. Because it's so popular, there are times when it's full and you can't get in, so call before you go. When I entered the store as soon as it opened, there were already customers at the counter and tables. I'm glad I called. We sat at the red counter typical of a town Chinese restaurant and had bottled lager beer. First, try a half-sized version of the shop's specialty, the ``green onion head.'' Even though it's half size, it has a lot of volume! Inside the mountain of green onions, there's a lot of thick chashu pork. It has a spicy taste, so this and beer are perfect. Next was Gyoza / Dumpling. Gyoza / Dumpling is a small type. The size feels like you can eat as much as you want. And the main dish is stir-fried vegetables. It's a vegetable stir-fry, but of course it contains meat, so it's called a "meat-vegetable stir-fry." The stir-fried vegetables here mainly consist of cabbage, green onions, and carrots, rather than bean sprouts. As you can imagine, it has a strong flavor. You can eat it with rice or as an accompaniment to alcohol. There are many other things I would like to eat, but it is difficult to do so solo. I'm attracted to the back hair, but thank you for the meal. When you go to Nagoya, Misen is good, but Koranen is also good. I'm only open at night, so scheduling can be difficult.
