昼ごはんを食べにおじゃましました。
お店は歌舞伎で有名な御園座近くの広小路通沿いの路面店です。定食などのご飯物を提供しているのが２階部分になりますので、店内に入って正面にある階段から２階に上がります。キャッシャーも別々になっています。
店内は２階に広いテーブル席スペースがあり、個室や宴会場もある様ですが分かりませんでした。料理の注文はQRコードによるセルフオーダーシステム、料理の運搬はAI配膳ロボットが運んでくれます。老舗洋食店にしては先端技術の導入に力を入れている様です。
料理はトンテキ、ハンバーグ、ステーキ、エビフライなど洋食店が扱う料理全般を提供しています。
「特上トンテキランチ」を注文しました。
トンテキは熱々鉄板で提供されお肉が厚切りで量が180グラム、ライス、味噌汁、小鉢も付きます。
トンテキは甘酸っぱい濃厚なウスターソースタレで、キャベツ、にんじん、三つ葉が添えられてます。
味噌汁は赤味噌にふとわかめが入ってます。
小鉢は大根とシーチキンの煮物でした。
