名古屋市中区にある「ビストロ グルートン」。
こちらの「ビストロ グルートン」は、現時点で、食べログ点数3.46ながら、食べログ「愛知県【ビストロ】」ランキングにおいては、第57位である。十分立派だろう。
近くにある「山葵野」での天ぷら定食ランチ後に、「2軒目ランチ」にて訪れた。
店は、地下鉄「伏見駅」の北東方面にある。駅からは歩いて、およそ3、4分ほどの距離。
店へ到着。ビルの地下1階に、店を構える。階段を降りて、地下へと移動。
なお、オムライスメニューを提供しているのは、同ビル1階の姉妹店「バレルビア」である。1階は「バレルビア」、地下1階は「ビストログルートン」と店が異なる。間違えないようにしたい。
入店。薄暗い店内。非常に暗い店内。平日の1201の時点で、先客は3組4名。カウンターへ着席。上半身全体を、「ふんわり」と、優しく包んでくれる快適なイスが素晴らしい。
今回は、Aランチの「ハンバーグ」を注文。1000円（税込み）。パン、又はライスの選択を行った。また、プラス200円でドリンクも追加出来るとのこと。

少し待って、スープが先行して到着。その後、メイン料理達がやって来た。普通にランチタイムを過ごすことが出来た。
少し酸味を感じられるデミグラスソースは、好みとは異なるもの。しかし、それはさておき、ハンバーグ自体は大型であり、十分な厚みを伴っていた。この「ガッツリ」な食べ応えについては、客からの評価を得ていることだろう。
昼の営業は、月曜日～金曜日の平日限定。土日祝には利用出来ない。このように、営業日が限られる「貴重なランチ」の体験に成功。
感じの良い接客と、丁寧な声かけを行う女性スタッフが好印象。安定した対応をされる彼女がいれば、この先も安泰と言える。また、快適な禁煙店である。この店で働くスタッフの方々の健康も、強力にサポート。大変に素晴らしい環境下、食事を楽しむことが出来た。
