■黒毛和牛すき鍋定食について
ご飯と赤味噌のお味噌汁
小鉢に漬物と生卵とメインの黒毛和牛すき鍋！
すき鍋は玉ねぎ、ゴボウ、ネギ、豆腐、牛肉(80g前後??)、白滝と比較的具材はたっぷり入っており...
早速いただくと、関東のすき焼きと割り下が結構違い、出汁が入ってないのか、割り下のタレの味が比較的ダイレクトに来るため、少し関東の人間からすると濃いめなのかな?? という印象..。
そのため、お肉自体は十分に柔らかく美味しいは美味しいのですが、すこし全体的に癖が強めなのかな?? と感じました。
ご飯はふっくら炊きあがっており、甘みと粘り気もあり、美味しいごはんに仕立てられているなという印象。
赤味噌のお味噌汁は飲みなれていないですが、出汁ベースでしっかりとしているため、そこまで赤味噌の濃さや癖を感じることなく、美味しくいただくことができました。
お昼の定食自体はお値段もお安く、隣のイトマス駐車場も提携駐車場になっているので、利用や利便性もいいと思います。
