日曜のランチに予約をして伺いました。
11:30に店着。待ちのお客さんはいませんでした。
来店のほとんどの方は予約をされているようです。
案内されたのは個室のテーブル席。解放感のあるお部屋です。
注文したのはランチの鉄板牛ヒレステーキ（税込み2,000円）
すぐに、サラダがすぐ運ばれてきました。フレンチドレッシングの普通のサラダです。
１０分ほどでジュージュー音と湯気を立てながら鉄板着。
店員さんに言われて、和風ダレをかけると、更に激しく湯気が立ち昇り、香ばしい匂いが広がります。
鉄板は熱々、お肉も野菜も熱々です。猫舌の私はご飯の上にお肉を一時退避させ、冷ましながら頂きました。
肉汁がギュッと染み出てくるレア加減、おろしと甘みのあるタレはお肉の美味しさを引き立ててくれます。
輸入牛ですので、和牛のヒレとは比べれば劣りますが、コスパ的には良いと思います。
お肉150グラムの量は、ランチとしては適量かとおもいますが、足りない方は、ランチの白飯、みそ汁はお代わり無料みたいです。
