実家の味を思い出しながら
インスタでカレーを作っている所の配信があって、どうしても食べたくて来店しました。志の高い若者が頑張っている。そんな人達の料理を食べれるなんて幸せ。ただただ高級て美味しい料理も勿論好きだが、どんな人達が作っているかのストーリー含めての食事も凄く価値のあるものだと最近思うようになった。
肝心のカレーだが、ルーは家庭的な味なのに、お店だからできるポイントもあって美味しい。とろける寸前まで煮込まれた大きなじゃがいも。お肉は分厚いのに柔らかく煮込みながらも肉の味がしっかり残る所はプロ。大量に作るからこそ出る旨味。CoCo壱では破産しそうなほどのたっぷりなルー。大満足の量なのに、無心で食べ進めて気付いたら無くなってた。
そしてコスパの良さ。
日替わりランチのちゃんぽんも食べたかった！
夜の居酒屋としても来店したい。

ザ居酒屋です。ランチにうかがいました。インスタでカレーを作る配信をしていたので、カレーを食べに行ったつもりが、、、。日替わり定食が本格皿うどんの定食だったので、それにしました。久々に本格的な皿うどんにあえて感激！ソースにもこだわりを感じました。定食のおかずの串カツと唐揚げ。串カツは持つとが少ししかないぎっしりと肉が詰まり揚げたてで美味しい。そして感動的なのは唐揚げ。近年食べた中でダントツに1番美味しい唐揚げ。この唐揚げをエンドレスで食べ続けたかった。伏見駅からすぐの立地の良さ。インスタの配信で感じた誠実さは料理からも感じられます。昭和レトロと温かさが感じられる素敵なお店でした。

I ate Cow tongue bowl and mini Champon. I found Cow tongue so big that it overflowed even when I scooped it with a big spoon! ! The meat is soft. It has a homey feel and a taste that can only be found in a restaurant. The taste may vary depending on the special sauce! Champon may be more authentic than the real thing.
