I went to Kinboshi for the first time in a while. After all, it's delicious no matter what you eat. The amount of salt was just right and there was no meaty smell. Dishes other than skewers are also delicious. I like a salad made with boiled cherry tomatoes and tossed with balsamic vinegar. I made a reservation and entered the store as soon as it opened at 17:30. It quickly filled up. I guess it's also available on Friday nights, but I wonder if reservations are required. Restaurants that serve delicious food are crowded. When I registered on LINE, they served me a tofu dish one by one.
