やっぱり「きしめん」ですよね。
予定より早く到着したので、浅田屋へ。
テーブル席は埋まっていたけど、カウンターには余裕が。
スッと入れました。
久しぶりの「きしめん」
こちらの「きしめん」は、薄いのが特徴。
「きしころ」にしたときの食感、味わい。
そして、その薄さのせいか、より涼しさを感じます。
まずは、
天ぷら
そして、
なめこ
両方とも、「きしころ」
天ぷらのエビは頭からいけちゃいます。
えび、エビ、海老〜
パリッとして芳ばしい。
エビの天ぷらって、やっぱこうじゃなきゃって感じです。
なめこは、いかにも涼しそうでしょ。
たっぷりの「大根おろし」と、たっぷりの「なめこ」
これを、思いっきりかき混ぜて食べるのがいいんです。
うっすい「きしめん」との相性抜群！
もう、一気にいけちゃいます。
浅田屋のレトロな感じ。
名古屋の街って、落ち着きますね。
