今年の新年会は友達が贔屓にしているお店が積め合わさったダイアパレスを巡る旅。

ごまポテサラとゴマーニャカウダーはゴマ風味たっぷりの、こちらの看板メニュー、ゴマーニャカウダーが美味しすぎて、しっかり野菜が採れちゃいます。
しっかり脂の乗った鯖やメインのお肉も美味しくて日本ワインがすすんじゃう( *´艸｀)
ずっと食べたかったクリームソースにお蕎麦の1品、ぽってりしっかりのソースなのにお蕎麦がちゃんとお蕎麦の良さを残しててめちゃ( ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏｰ
堪能しました～さて、次へ。

日本ワイン
ずっと行きたかったこちらのお店、ビル中で飲み歩けるイベント“はしごDE酒”で一軒目にお邪魔させてもらいました☆
イベントのオツマミはポテトサラダのフライと鶏レバー煮。
ポテトサラダはブロッコリーやニンジンなど具沢山でカラフルです☆
レバー煮はトロリと滑らかで、どうすればこうなるのかレバーパテみたいな感触です。
少し黄色味がかった山形産白ワインが香り良く美味しいです♪
追加で黒胡麻のピザと金胡麻のピザ、黒胡麻の方が香ばしいけれど、金胡麻の濃厚な胡麻の油感が気に入ったのでこちらの方が好きだな(*^^*)
またゆっくりとお邪魔したいお店が増えました☆

定番の胡麻たっぷりのポテサラ、ブロッコリーやキュウリ、人参なんかも入っててカラフル&濃厚でウマウマ！
脂身サクサクのハッピーポークソテー、主人が気に入って、だいぶ食べられちゃったからもっと買えば良かった。
ホットなアラビアータ、具材の茄子が特に美味しいのだヾ(*・ω・)ノ
ワインのテイクアウトも出きるようになったそうです、国産ワインは体に優しい気がする(*´∀｀*)
