バランス良く色々なものが食べられ、どれも美味しかったです。
はじめに、オードブル。
何種類も乗っていてわくわくします。
キャロラペ、キッシュ、生ハム全て美味しかったですが、ブルーベリーソースがけのパテが一番でした。
スープはコーンスープ。
上質なコーンスープという感じ。
魚料理はクネル
ムースの周りにソースたっぷりというようなもの。
和食でいうと海老しんじょのようなものが、更に柔らかくなり洋風ソースにある感じでしょうか。
手間をかけて作られてる感じがしました。
さすが看板メニュー。
肉料理はローストポーク
食べ応えありますので満足度高いです。
最後にデセール
数種のデザートの盛り合わせ。
カヌレが周りカリカリ中もっちりと、自分史上最高でした。
食後の珈琲もありました。
大満足です。
