昼ごはんに東海地区のソールフード代表でもある「あんかけパスタ」を食べにおじゃましました。
お店はマンションとオフィスが混在する地域のビル２階にあります。1979年創業の老舗あんかけパスタ専門店です。
店内はカウンター席とテーブル席があります。オープンキッチンですがカウンターに遮られ調理風景は立ち上がると見える程度です。
料理はあんかけパスタをメインにナポリタン等とサラダを提供してます。パスタの量とトッピングは自分好みにチョイスできます。パスタは太めで茹でてある物が大量にざるにあり、注文が入るとザルから取り出して油で再度茹で上げ、スパイスの効いたトマトベースのあんをかけて完成してるようです。
ミラネーゼスパの目玉焼きトッピングを注文しました。
何もかけなくても十分スパイシーですが更に「ブラックペッパー」「タバスコ」をかけて最後に謎のスパイス「あんかけスパ屋の色々使える美味しいスパイス」となんとも長いネーミングのニンニク系スパイスをふりかけて完成。
白系の服にあんかけパスタの「あん」が飛んだら最悪ですので無料のエプロンをいただき使いましょう！
