先日マイレビさんのレビューを見てチェックを入れていたお店。
３女が「ホルモンが食べた～い♪」と言っていたからです。
夜勤明け、寝る間もなく書類作りでヘロヘロになっていた娘。
翌日も出勤らしく・・・
「お母さん、ホルモン食べたいよぉ～」と懇願のTELがあった。
というわけで、「炭火ほるもんひとすじ」さんです。(＊≧∀≦)
まずホルモンを中心に何品か注文しました。
娘は梅酒のロック、そして冷酒へ・・・とまんまオヤジです。"σ(￣^￣;)
さてお肉はというと、「熟成ハラミ極切り」は美味しいですね～
もともと柔らかく脂身の少ない部位で、我が家はみんな好んで食べます。
安いですしね♪
そしてホルモン。甘～い脂身がくどくなく、トロッと口の中で溶けていきます。
その反面弾力もあり・・・まさにホルモン♪
あれやこれやとメニューには食べたいものばかり。。。
最近焼肉を食べたことも忘れ・・・またガッツリいきました～(*≧ｍ≦*)
ここは娘の所から近いので、また伺う機会もあるでしょう♪
カウンターの端っこでお互い愚痴やら笑える話やら・・・
