マイレビュさんから拘りのホルモンを提供する店があるよ!
とおススメされたお店です。場所は丸の内魚の棚通り沿い。
この通りはその昔料理屋が犇めいていた歴史有る場所です。
名古屋で老舗の料亭河文さんの二軒隣くらいでしょうか？
外観同様店内もキレイですね。換気扇が強力のようで変な
匂いもありませんでした。初めてだったのでおススメ品を
聞き「上ミノ」と「とんちゃん」をオーダー。炭は軒先で
熾したものを店内に運んできました。供されたお肉は写真で
どうぞ。肉質は素晴らしいですね。とにかくフレッシュ感が
あって歯ごたえがスゴいです。ミノはちよっと塩が強かった
のですがお酒と良く合う自慢の逸品ですね。特選ハラミと
特製豚ハラミ壺漬けを追加しましたがコレも良いお味でした。
店員さん同士の無駄口がちょっと気になりましたが清潔感
のある今までに無かったタイプのオシャレなホルモン屋さん
だと思います。次は牛ホルモンも試して見たいですね^^
