本日は、家族でとっても美味しいと評判の魚棚通り河文さん隣のホルモンひとすじさんにお伺いしました♪まずは、お店の名前がとても印象的であり、実際にホルモンの素材の良さ、鮮度、味どれも秀逸で申し分ありませんでした。上みののコリコリ感(最近ハマっている･･)や牛ホルモンの甘い脂ののり他トップクラスの質の良いお肉が使われていると思いました。とくに特製豚ハラミ壺漬け609円は豚のはらみなので価格も安く量もありこれがまた美味しくとってもお勧めいたします｡
