ホルモンに拘りお洒落なお店と評判な
炭火ほるもんひとすじ
予約して5時から行ってみました
オープンしたばかりでお客さんは私1人
キッチンにはスキンヘッドの体格の良い方が
2階の掘り炬燵の席に案内され
友人を待ちます
待ってる間お茶も出してくださいました
全員揃って店員さんに聞きながら注文
先ずはガツ湯引きで生で乾杯！このガツ柔らかく臭くない
スモークはレバー、ハツ、ハラミの三種 手作りです
炭火もセットされテール焼からスタート
これも美味しい
このハツは素晴らしい色です 初めて頂きました
箸安めにサンチェと胡麻の葉をもらいました 三種類の調味料で頂く
これも凄かったピーコリ（動脈です）脂付きはこれも初めて
焼くと凄い煙で小さくなりますがコリコリの食感
特製豚ハラミ壺漬けは豚のハラミこんなに長いの？
ハチセン味噌焼きも柔らかく臭味なく珍味です
珍しいコメカミは牛一頭から数十グラムしかとれない超希少部位
テッチャンも綺麗でやばいです
お値段もそんなに高くなくホルモン女子にはお薦めのお店です
