こちらは丸の内にあるホルモン屋さんです。
千種にある別邸さんの方へお邪魔したことがあって、大～好きなお店の一つなので、
今回は、まだ伺ったことがなかった、
こちらへお邪魔することになりました。
別邸さんと同様、なかなかいい感じの雰囲気です。
今回は、カウンターホルモンを楽しみました♪
先ずは一番搾りプレミアム 680円（全て税抜き価格）で乾杯です～♪
一番搾りのプレミアム、初めて飲んだけど美味しかったです……！
幸せ感じますね(*^^*)笑
今回、頼んだもの
・ひとすじ白盛り 1280円
牛ホルモン
とんちゃん
ガツシン 脂質が少なくコリコリ。
ウルテ
・サンチュ
・ハチノス湯引き 480円
牛の第2胃。甘辛い酢味噌ダレ
・ネクタイ 580円 食道部分。
・ピーコリ(別名ちくわ) 380円 心臓の付け根の動脈部位。
・一番搾り
・富士山麓ハイボール 580円
ハチノスの湯引き。
これ、めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
酢味噌も美味しくて、お肉が焼けるまでの、
いいおつまみになりました。
私的にドストライクな一品です。
あと、牛ホルモンが甘くてプルンプルンで美味しかったなぁ。
こちらのお店、もつ鍋もあるようなので、
もう少し涼しくなったら是非、食べてみたいなぁ。
この牛ホル使用のもつ鍋なんて、
絶対に美味しいに決まってるもん。
他のホルモンも本当にどれも素敵に美味しかったです。
何より、お肉が綺麗なんですよ♪
下処理とかかなり丁寧なお仕事、されていらっしゃるんだろうなぁ。
このお店のホルモンなら、多分、
ホルモンが苦手な方でも、食べられると思いますよ♪
ホルモン大好きな私にとっては、
やっぱりこちらのお店は特別ですね～(*^^*)
久々に千種の別邸さんにも伺いたくなりました。
