いつもの栄のマッサージ店で体をほぐした後は
丸の内にある大人のホルモン屋に行ってきました。
此方は正肉（カルビ、ロースなど）は一切扱わず
副生物（タン、ハラミも含む）のみにこだわった
究極のほるもん焼き専門店です。
店内はジャズが流れる落ち着いた雰囲気。
HPでは、お一人様でも…と書かれていましたが
カウンター席は男女のペアばかりでちょっと・・・
まぁそんなのは気にせず、1人カウンターに陣取り
早速トリビーからの・・・注文。

ホルモンは素晴らしい鮮度と下処理の良さで
焼き上がりも縮みがなく、めっちゃ美味しい〜！
ハラミも肉の旨味が濃くてすごくジューシーで
生ビールを飲み干すと最高の幸せを感じます！
副生物だけでこれだけ楽しめたのは初めてかも。
スタッフの接客も心地よく、帰りの際は外まで
見送りしてくれてとても気分の良いお店でした。
また機会があれば是非再訪したいです。
