名古屋市の古くからの都心の一等地にある名門ホテルにて忘年会。
クリスマス前と言うことで、エスカレーターはポインセチアで埋め尽くされて絨毯と共に赤一色に彩られていました。
重厚感のあるホテルの外観と同じようにお皿も他ではないような豪華な物でした。
写真はサーモンのらカルパッチョ、牛フィレ肉のステーキです。
お品書きとホールスタッフから説明がなかったので、分からない食材がありましたが、味はクセがない安定の美味しさでした。
大人数の忘年会でしたが、ホールスタッフの機敏な接客は流石、老舗のホテルだと思いました。
