酸っぱい、辛い、甘い、世界三大スープ
トムヤムクンは南国の暑気を払うために編み出された、タイの辛いスープです。
唐辛子の辛さとハーブなどの酸味、魚醤の一種のナンプラーやスープの旨味が絡み合った美味しさは南国の気候に良く合うスープなのです。
辛さは調整できるそう。
