落ち着いた店内、お店の皆さんきっちりした雰囲気からの、細かな気くばり、食べる前から、ありがとうございます( ◠‿◠ )
まずは一品目、春らしいコース料理の始まりです

From the front of the store, it feels like someone is welcoming me! A bright and refreshing man was waiting for me❗️ When I took my seat, I felt a sense of cleanliness, and a dignified and pleasant tension that conveyed the explanation of today's course meal.Each of the course meals looked and tasted amazing! I can't help but nod that it's delicious.I wonder if the dessert is also delicious with such a combination of ingredients? The moment I took a bite, it was delicious! ️ I was surprised ☺️ However, I was disappointed that although I had requested in advance to change from game meat to wagyu beef, I was not asked about the degree of doneness of the main meat. It was a restaurant that made me want to visit again.It was a great treat.

美味しいと、こぼれてしまうほど‼️
2品目のズワイガニ？蟹の風味は私には分からなかった
ちょっと残念。
次のカモのファグラは、ブラックチェリーの酸味が油を軽くし、歯ごたえのアクセントもあり美味しい‼️
本日イチオシ‼️
金目鯛は、軽い感じで さっぱりと頂きました
ホタテとエゾアワビは、柔らかく旨みもしっかりと
噛むほどに旨みが、あ、もうなくなった❗️
サーロインステーキは良いに手間おかけてあり
いい感じのお肉ですが、赤ワインのソースの酸味が
肉の旨みより強かったかなあ。。同席者も。
まあ、たまにはそんな感じもあると思いますが
美味しかったです
