愛知県名古屋市中区栄のアーク栄白川パークビル 1Fにあるレストラン ラ・フロレゾン・ドゥ・タケウチにお伺いしました。名古屋市営地下鉄 東山線 伏見駅の5番出口から徒歩約6分、名古屋市営地下鉄 名城線 矢場町駅の6番出口から徒歩約10分のところにあり、公共交通機関からアクセスしやすいです。JR線・近鉄・名鉄線 名古屋駅からタクシーで約10分です。駐車場はありませんが、近くにはコインパーキングがあるので、自動車でのアクセスも便利です。
今回はGW特別ディナー シェフ厳選食材のフルコース（全8品 18150円）をいただきました。コースメニューはアミューズ（2～3品）、冷前菜、温前菜、魚料理、肉料理、デザート2皿（珈琲または紅茶、小菓子と共に）です。日本国内・ヨーロッパ各地から厳選した旬の食材を、ふんだんに使ったデギスタッションコースです。こだわりがある一品ばかりで、とても美味しかったです。
レストラン ラ・フロレゾン・ドゥ・タケウチは卓越したセンスを駆使したレベルの高い料理を楽しむことができます。真っ当であることを追求しています。ビストロほど砕け過ぎず、グランメゾンほど敷居が高く非日常的ではない。ビストロとグランメゾンの間を位置づけとし、グルメなお客様が普段使いできる様な一言で表現するなら『高品質でお手頃価格のプチ・レストラン』。食材その一つ一つに敬意を払い、フランス古典料理の技法を大切にしつつ、体にやさしく現代的でシンプルな料理、温かいサービスを届けられています。
