誘われて、名古屋市中区錦までランチに出掛けました。友人はここの台湾ラーメンが美味しいらしいから食べたい！と、台湾ラーメンの美味しいお店沢山知ってますが、食べずに話はできないかな？と。中華は基本の醤油ラーメンを食べるとそこの味がわかるので、私は日替わり中華ランチ、海老玉子とラーメンから醤油ラーメンにして、出て来ました。先ずはラーメンから。上の具は業務用のスライスハム半分。スープ、これって業務用のスープ？ま、家庭で作れる普通。海老玉子は卵焼きに餡がかけられて、塩茹での冷たい海老が乗っているだけ。ここの箸は長くて使いにくくて、海老玉子が食べにくい！漬け物のようなものは、キャベツと生姜の甘酢、代金880円。ま、わざわざ錦へランチに来ないから、二度目は無いですね！違う中華へ行くべきだった(T_T)
