11:30頃に前を通ったので吸い込まれました。
店内は、座敷以外殆ど満席。ひとりだったので2人席に通してもらいました。
初めてなのでランチを注文。
とにかく激忙しです。女性がひとりでホールを回してますが、みごと。
新しいお客さんを通す、水を持っていく、注文、できたものを運ぶ、かたずける等この女性の仕事ぶりを見ているだけで楽しいです。本当にすごい。
満席になるころには、もう一人女性が対応してましたが、それでも忙しい。
ランチのしょうゆラーメンは、やさしい味。スープを飲みだしたら止まりません。野菜炒めも鶏肉も、美味しくいただきました。
また来たいです。ごちそうさまでした。
