Just a 5-minute walk from Fushimi Station! Come and enjoy authentic Chinese Cuisine made by our local chefs!
We have a variety of reasonably priced sets available, including our popular daily lunch using seasonal vegetables for 780 yen, and our draft beer set for 1,080 yen, which includes two dishes of your |
Chojamachi is located between Fushimi and Marunouchi. Perhaps because of the location, the food is not so good for a 1000 yen lunch. When I think of Chinese food in mainland Japan, I imagine the portions are large and the value for money is amazing, but this restaurant is not like that. When I arrived at the restaurant after 1:30 pm, I was assigned a small table seat in front of the entrance (there are several large seats in the back). The gap between the tables is narrow, so it is very difficult to move around wearing winter outerwear. I had no choice but to take it off in front and carry it through. The food was neither good nor bad. It was normally delicious, but the rice that came with the set meal was very dry and I felt that I could not eat it unless I made it into fried rice or something. Payment is only accepted in cash. The staff were all Chinese, so they said something about changing the set meal Ramen, but I had no idea what they were asking. The menu is not including tax, so when I went to pay, I was asked. If you go in thinking about the service, you will end up with a disappointing result, so don't expect that. I went in because I was really hungry, so I ended up feeling unsatisfied. I think it's Chinese food for people with small appetites. . .
