東桜パクチーに続き、名古屋2号店の長者町パクチーへランチに♪
桜通り線 丸の内駅より徒歩4分くらいの場所にありますが、
意外と外観が地味なので、どこのあるのか？迷ってしました。
お店の作りは、東桜と同じように、屋台風な感じです。
コーラのポスターが何種類も貼ってありましたが、タイ人はコーラが好きなのかなぁ？
お席は１Fと２Fにありますが、とにかく隣とのスペースがなく狭い。
一人ならいいけど、2人かけ用の席に、2人で座ると、
料理がのりきらないので困ってしまいました。
この辺りはオフィス街だから、おひとり様利用の方が多いかな。
今日いただいたタイご飯。

カオソーイ・唐揚げ２個・サラダ
＊バンコクランチ ９９０円
トムヤムクン・グリーンカレー・唐揚げ２個・エビのすり身・豚肉のバジル炒め
カオソーイは、
ココナツミルクの入った、ナンプラーとフレッシュパクチーが香るスープに、
ラーメンと、固揚げの２種類ので、しっかりした味付けです。
少々塩辛く感じますが、これも含めて屋台風なのかもしれないですね。
バンコクランチの、トムヤムクンは、
酸味がスカッとして、ナンプラーの香りが強いです。
酸っぱい、辛いをドンと感じるスープでした。
グリーンカレーは、トムヤムクンと同じようにスープっぽく、
具だくさんでした。
やや、香草の香りが少ないタイプですが、味はしっかりしてます。
豚肉のバジル炒めは、少しでご飯何杯も食べれそうな、
しっかりとした味付けで、唐辛子の辛さがパツンと聞いてます。
甘みもあるので、佃煮的な感じでごはんがすすみそう。
ご飯は、ジャスミンライス１００％らしいです。
日本人好みにしっとりと炊き上げているので、てっきり日本米を少量加えてあるのかと思いました。
お店によって色んな工夫をされていますね。
お料理の味付けが濃く、塩分を強く感じました。
個人的には、もう少し薄味な方が好みです。
