皮がしっかりパリパリ。もっちりおいしいもも肉に仕上げてあります。
レバーも臭みもなくクリーミー。
味わい深い串ものです。
焼鳥をゆっくり楽しむお店ですね。
ザ、大衆焼鳥屋さんではない感じです。
