Speaking of Ryusei, it's located along the Horikawa River in Nayabashi, and I thought it was the representative of fashionable yakitori in Nagoya. However, it had been a while since I had been there before, as I had a somewhat unsatisfactory impression of it, but on this day, my friend was coming to celebrate with me, so it was my first visit in a while. First, let's toast with draft beer. The most delicious. Now, when I was wondering what to do with the food, the waiter came over to explain. There was a nice system in place that (I feel like) probably didn't exist before, like ``You can get a second helping of Nozawana.'' However, this does not apply to courses, and if you order a single item, you will not be able to get refills. Well, that's okay. In any case, we agreed on the policy of not staying too long and moving on quickly, so we ordered the most economical course: Mikawa Nishiki Sodori Enjoyment Course, 3,900 yen (tax included). This is ★Miso sauce Cabbage ★Charcoal-grilled 3 types ★Assortment of 3 special dishes ★Charcoal-grilled 3 types ★Choice of rice to finish ★Dessert It's a very simple dish, but all the skewers are delicious. I knew that ``Yakitori in Nagoya is generally of a high standard'', but this is just fine. Don't be fooled by the fashion. The three kinds of special dishes were great to have with sake. However, I can't get a price on wine that is sold by weight. So I drank a highball. To finish off my meal, I chose the rich Nagoya Cochin egg-fried rice. This was also more delicious than average. I was asked if I wanted to order more on the way, but I was sure I could eat a little more.
