栄の繁華街、錦三地区にある名古屋を中心にいくつもの飲食店を展開している源’ｓグループのお店、３０人以上と大人数の宴会で使用してみました。２階と３階が店舗となっていて個室を中心に席数も多くこういった大人数の宴会にも対応できるのは助かりますね。
いただいたのは飲み放題込みで６０００円の肉創作コース、前菜三種盛り、三河地鶏のユッケ、サラダ、特選牛石焼きステーキ、揚げ米茄子と特選牛の桑焼き、特選牛の超レアカツ、特選牛とニンニクのまぶし飯、デザートといった内容、肉創作の名のとおりそのほとんどが肉料理で構成です。
前菜、ユッケ、サラダと軽いものが続いたところでど～んと石焼きステーキが登場、コースの中盤で早くもステーキが出てきたのにはチョット驚きですね、一人一つの量なので結構ボリュームもあります。ただ肉質は特選と言うほどのものでもないように感じましたね、まあ宴会コースなのでこんなものかもですけど。米茄子を挟んでレアカツ、しっかかりレアですが衣との一体感など人気の牛カツ店にはさすがに及ばない部分もあります。ご飯ものは土鍋で出てきた特選牛とニンニクのまぶし飯、パラッと炊きあげたご飯にお出汁をかけていただきます、しっかりとお肉も入っていますがコレはさっぱりといただけて〆にピッタリですね、お出汁もなかなか美味しかったです。
お店の雰囲気、接客などはすごく良かったですし料理も値段の割には頑張っているなという印象、おおむね満足できる内容でした、ごちそうさまでした。
