お昼に焼肉とは贅沢かな？
と思いながら焼肉ランチへ連行されました。
スギモト本店は初めてです。
以前、すき焼きを別のお店で食べたことがあり、
スーパーにスギモトが入っていたらお肉は必ずそこで買うことはあります。
この日は歩いているだけで汗がダダもれ。
そんな暑さでした。
冷麺セット1980円を注文。
喉越し爽やかです。
そして、麺が本格的でコシもある！！
とっても美味しいです。
お肉は綺麗な赤身。
サシも綺麗。
脂がかなり少ないのに柔らかく、
味付けは塩胡椒のみ。
焼いて、まずはタレをあまりつけずにお口にin!!
なんと！
これは焼肉ではない！！！！
"目の前で焼いたステーキ"
でした♡
柔らかくてとろける仕様です。
脂の強さゼロです。
つけダレは、
タレ、塩胡椒、レモン汁？
タレも今まで出てきたことがない、
割とあっさりなのに風味がしっかり！！！
お肉専門店の店ならではのセレクトでした。
またここにお肉食べにきたいです。
店内のインテリアは落ち着いた照明。
お洒落なダイニングバーのような
静かで落ち着いた大人の雰囲気でした。
明るい外の世界から切り離された空間。
お昼にこういう所へ来れるのは嬉しいです。
カウンターもキッチンはガタついておらず落ち着いており、
店員さんの印象もきちんとしていて教育もきちんとされているなと感じました。
