昔から仲が良い従兄弟が、この度誕生祝いにとセッティングしてくれた。メインメニューを5種類から予めオーダーしておき、待ちに待った飛騨牛尽くしのランチコースの幕開けである。
まずは、飛騨牛入りスープ→三段重(大葉なまゆば、モロヘイヤの飛騨牛そぼろ、飛騨牛煮込み)→ ローストビーフサラダ→ 飛騨牛のせいろ蒸し→握り寿司(自然薯、炙り、なめろう)→牛ひつまぶしの三変化(そのまま、薬味&香の物と共に、出汁を入れてお茶漬け)→食後のデザート(ミニかき氷(チョコソース※4種より選択可)&ホットコーヒー
全てにおいて感動を覚える一級品。赤みとサシのバランスの良さ、噛み締めるたびに溢れ出す旨みを孕んだ良質な脂、そして私の事を想って宴席を設けてくれた従兄弟の優しさが何よりのスパイスだろう。半個室も含め全室個室のプライベート感が有り難くも癒される。
どれだけ話しても話題は尽きる事を知らない。旦那と似た年頃の従兄弟は、全体を見通すことの出来る有能さと周囲を慮ることのできる優しさを兼ね備えた人だと本当に感心させられる。姉妹仲がすこぶる良好な母と叔母を介して、私達は幼少期から親睦が深くてお互いをよく知り得た仲。むしろきょうだいも同然な付き合いとも言えようか。年を重ねて世帯を構えるようになった今でも交流する事が叶うのはお互い理解あるパートナーに恵まれたが故にだろう。この場を借りて深く御礼申し上げたい。
