『舎人庵とんぼ』さんがお届けする飛騨牛平日ランチ膳をいただきました
『飛騨牛・ひつまぶし（大）（肉100g）』4,380円（税込）
※サラダ・小鉢・ご飯・漬物・お吸い物・彩り寿司3貫盛付き
お肉は肩ロース肉又はランプ（赤身）から選べます
僕は肩ロース肉を注文しました
しっとりとした歯ごたえと口いっぱいに旨味が広がる飛騨古川産のA-5等級飛騨牛は最&高
そのまま食べても美味しいですが、
舎人庵とんぼさんオリジナルのタレをかけたり、
出汁をご飯にかけて海苔やわさびなどの薬味と
一緒に食べてもこれまた美味でした✨
他にも飛騨牛のしぐれ煮や飛騨牛彩り寿司3貫盛もあり、めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです
全室個室なので様々なシーンで利用出来そうですね☺️
