四間道にあるイタリアン「ミオオルト」さんで貸し切りカウンターディナー会✨
武藤シェフの美味しい夏のイタリアンを友人達といただきました。
実は武藤さんの作る繊細なお料理を1番堪能出来るのは、他のお客様が沢山居るときではなくて、自分たちだけしかお客様が居ない貸し切りの時です。
それは武藤さんの独創的なお料理が本領発揮するのが、武藤さんが目の前のお客さんだけに集中すれば良い状態の時だからです。
武藤さんは気分がのってくると得意の生パスタを何種類も作ってくれますし、とっておきの希少な食材も出してきて食べさせてくれます
今回も嬉しそうにお話をしながらお料理を作る武藤シェフを見ながら楽しくお食事ができました
