平日１３時過ぎ到着。
先に６名並び。
入店まで２０分ほどかかった気がします。
待ち時間２０分くらいが私の分岐点。笑
途中、スタッフの方が注文を取りに来られます。
チャーシュー中華そばをオーダー。
入店後、数分で着丼。
！！
ネギにびっくり！
ブツ切りやないかい！
小さい頃ネギが苦手だった私。
大人になるにつれ克服しましたが、
この生のブツ切りネギにはおののく、、、
スープの熱で少しでもネギの辛みを抑えようと
丼深くネギを埋めました。笑
気を取り直してラーメンをいただく、
確かに濃い、甘い。
関西人の私は名古屋に来ると、
だいたいが濃い甘い。
まあ、近頃はだいぶ慣れてきて
濃い甘いも美味しくいただけるようになりました。笑
麺もチャーシューも美味しかったです。
数分後、再会したネギ達は、熱で辛みが丸くなっており、美味しくいただけました。
大人になってもこんなもんよね笑
