初めに驚いたのはドリンクメニューがバーコードだった。
スマートフォン持ってなかった人ならどうするんだろう。料金も判らないのはとても不安です。
時価でワイン飲む勇気(笑)口コミ見ると昔は、普通のメニューがあったみたいです。
厨房見ると、女性シェフが作ってました。全てが素材の味を前面に出した料理です。
驚いたのが牛タンのポトフ風。初めて牛タンの素材の味を知った思いがしました。牛タンこういう味なんですね。
普段はタレの味ですから。
松笠ダイは市場であった極上の物との事。タイと言ってもスズキ系ですが、極上と言われると美味しさ一入。
最後に1人パエリアが来て、ようやくスペインに行けました。
でも考えてみたら、スペイン料理にもこういうパターンがあっても不思議では無いですね。
シラーのスパイシーさが心地良いディナーでした。
