昼から伏見。以前に別の店だけど好印象だった「天ぷらとワイン小島 伏見北店」さんを訪問しました。オープンキッチンでカウンター５席とテーブル9つあり広々としていて明るい雰囲気です。
スパークリングが飲みたくてまずは天ぷらから。
・樽詰スパークリングワイン
・アスパラ
・アボガド
スパークリングはチリ産。ソーヴィニオンブランで香り豊かで芳醇。
アスパラはチーズがかかっており濃厚。アスパラは外がカリッと中はジュワッとしていて美味しい。
アボガドは山葵マヨでいただきます。アボガドは柔らかいので天ぷらは難しそう。アボガドの濃厚さが天ぷらに負けていて山葵マヨにしているのだと思うが、塩で食べるとアボガドの味が引き出せれて美味しく感じた。
ランチ時で、まわりは皆、定食を注文。数が多いので揚げたてを前半、後半にわけてサーブされるのでより美味しくいただけそう。
・シャルドネ
・秋刀魚刺し
ソーヴィニオンブランに比べるとシャルドネは香りが足りないなと思ったけど、秋刀魚とは合いました。秋刀魚刺しは見た目よりも濃厚で味わい深い。
