今日は名古屋のイタリアンレストラン『カーザ デッラマンテ』をお届けします♪
以前からよく利用していますが、昨年９月に白川公園近くに移転後、なかなか行く機会がなく･･･
少し前にやっと伺うことができましたので紹介します (*^^*)
新店舗は、落ち着いた大人な雰囲気で、隠れ家的なしっとりとしたリストランテ♡
入り口のモニュメントやリンゴの絵画、インテリア等が以前のままのようでしたから嬉しくなりました♪
今回は6,000円のランチコースをオーダー (^・^)
お気に入りのレストランでしたから、新店舗への期待も高まります！！
★プラッターチーズと苺
まず、お口取りとして、フルーティーな１品がサーブ！
★北海道産 桜マスのタルタル
桜マスをメインに、イクラやアボカド、オクラ等の野菜や魚介類がグラスにイッパイ･･･
色々な味がひとつに纏まり、食感も楽しめ、さすが『カーザデッラマンテ』と思える前菜です！！
★愛知県産スミイカとフランス産ホワイトアスパラガス
スミイカはとてもやわらかく、レモンが香る爽やかなソースとのバランスもGood (*^^)v
★生ウニと自家製セミドライトマトのパスタ
前から『カーザデッラマンテ』のトマト系のパスタは大好きでしたので、久しぶりにいただけて嬉し〜い♪
パスタのコシ感、茹で加減は絶妙で、ウニの風味も楽しめ、アゲインしたくなる美味しさです！
★スペイン産イベリコ豚のトマト煮込み
イベリコ豚はやわらかく、トマトの酸味はほのかに感じる程度でマイルドに仕上げられていて、お野菜も美味！
★有機チョコレートと胡桃のテリーヌ
デザートは、キャラメルのジェラートが添えられた、しっとりとした味わいのチョコレートのテリーヌ♪
★お茶菓子と食後の飲み物
最後にはプチフールがサーブされ、ハート型のカップ＆ハートのティースプーンで、まったりカフェタイムを過ごしました (#^^#)
『カーザ・デッラマンテ』では、こだわりのオリーブオイルと天然塩、厳選された野菜や魚介類を使用し、からだを想う気持ちを何よりも大切にされています！
