ちょい飲みするために伏見地下街に来ました。
せんべろせっとがあったので入ってみました。
この地下街は赤星が飲める店が多いのでお気に入りの場所です。
この店では立ち飲みと座り飲みが混在するようですが、なんとか座れました。
せんべろせっと（1100円）はドリンク＋おつまみ３品盛＋やきものです。
ドリンクはいろんな飲み物の中から赤星が選びました。
おつまみ3品盛はガツ刺し（豚）、ポテサラ、鶏レバー煮です。
ガツ刺しは歯ごたえがよく、鶏レバー煮は臭みも全くなく美味しく食べられます。
中々クオリティの高い３品盛です。
焼き物は地鶏つくね2本（玉子、みそ。山椒）、国産ももやきとり2本（岩塩、タレ、みそ）、三元豚バラ2本（岩塩、タレ、みそ）から1種類選ぶシステムです。
地鶏つくね山椒を選びました。
塩だけのシンプルな味付けで地鶏の濃厚な旨味に山椒が効いて、軟骨の歯ごたえも良くボリュームもあり美味しく食べられました。
