本日は伏見の焼き鳥屋さん だいえん へお邪魔しました。
このお店も兼ねてから大将に惚れ込んで行こうと決めたお店です！
とりあえずなんと言っても伏見駅から出て目の前のビルでの好立地！
お店到達までに1分かかりません！
カウンター数席とテーブル数席
木目調の店内で、落ち着きのある雰囲気
なんでも大将自ら切って削ったこだわりの木だそうです。
とりあえず、ビールで乾杯！
こだわりのお通しは文で伝わらないので、来てから味わって頂きたいです。
最近流行りなのかどこかの名産なのか、ピーマンによく出会います。笑
ここのお店は料理へのこだわりが数多く見られます！
焼き鳥はもちろん、おつまみ系の料理まで手が込んでて、
焼き鳥より人気が出てしまいそうな程
ですがそのおつまみが脇役に感じるほど焼き鳥が美味いです！
鳥も新鮮だとは思いますが、大将の長年積み重ねた"焼き"に技術が現れてます！
最近の焼き鳥屋さんではNo.1かもしれない！
