［2021年4月訪問］
一次会迄に時間があったので、伏見地下街でちょい呑み0次会！
ちょい呑みと言えば“伏見地下街”最適なお店が目白押し！
何処にしようかと眺めながら歩いていると、《イカのプレス焼き》の看板を発見！
海沿いの土産物屋さんでは見た事がありますが、まさか伏見地下街でお目にかかるとは⁉️
先ずは《せんべろセット》と《イカのプレス焼き》をオーダー。
《牛のもつ煮》も追加で。
せんべろセットは、6種のツマミが少しづつ。
これだけでいけちゃいますねぇ(*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)
もつ煮は醤油味であっさり目。
イカのプレス焼きは目の前で焼いてくれるので、思わず動画を撮っちゃいましたよ(｡•∀•｡)
暫くすると堪らん香りが…これだけで呑めそうwww(*´罒`*)
すると、香ばしく焼けたイカさんがやってきましたよ(*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)
安定の七味マヨでいただきます。( ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏｰ
結局、せんべろで納まる筈もなく･･･(^_^;ゞ
いい感じに仕上って、一次会に向かいましたよ(∗ˊᵕ`∗)
