久しぶりの鶏白湯にワクワクしながら入店。
店内でメニューを見ていると、魚介鶏白湯の文字が目に入った。
なんでもありなのか？！と思い、思わず注文。
魚介鶏白湯まぜそば 800円
ビジュアルはよくあるまぜそば。
気になる味は魚介の味も感じつつ、動物系のコッテリ感もある感じ。
タレがしゃばしゃば系で、
もう少し濃厚なタレだったらよかったなぁと思ってしました。
次は普通に鶏白湯頼みます。

を注文。
魚介鶏白湯ということで、複雑な味かと思いきやビジュアルから想像できる味。
麺は中太麺です。
チャーシューが炙られているのは良いなと思いました。
