名古屋市の那古野には、隠れ家風、古民家風と言ったセンスの良い飲食店が点在しています。
今回はその中から、登河と言うひつまぶし屋さんへ。人気店らしく、ディナータイムに伺ったら平日なのにギリギリ入店出来ました。
オーダーは、鶏わさ。イメージしていた、いつもの鶏わさとは違うモノでしたが、コレはこれでありかと。う巻は、卵の中の鰻がぎっしり。サイズも他店よりひと回り大きく、餃子で例えると銀座天一レベル。
お酒もたっぷり飲み、良い塩梅に満腹となり、メインのひつまぶしは、次回のお楽しみに。
コレって、ラーメン屋に行ってラーメン食べない、鮨屋に行って握りを食べないのと同様のパターン。酒とつまみがススム店って、メインを食べ損ねるパターンが多いのです。
