そのままでも美味しいけど

とろとろﾁｰｽﾞの入ったｶﾚｰﾌｫﾝﾃﾞｭの中に串をﾀﾞｲﾌﾞ♪
これがめちゃくちゃ合う♪
ﾚﾀｽの串はﾎﾞﾘｭｰﾑたっぷりでｼｬｯｷｼｬｷの食感がｸｾになる。
個人的な私の推しは、
ﾚﾀｽ・豚しそ・うずら・とろ玉。
卵は絶対外せない。
鍋に火がつく豚しゃぶも必見✨
出汁に日本酒が入っていて火をつけると目の前でお鍋一面燃え上がる。
ｱﾙｺｰﾙが飛ぶから普段飲めない私でも食べられる。
豚肉はﾛｰｽかﾊﾞﾗ肉を選べて葱と一緒にしゃぶしゃぶ。
柔らかいお肉に出汁が染みて最高に美味しい
〆は雑炊で。
旨みも溶け込んだ出汁にお米と卵を入れて最後の最後まで楽しむ♪
どれも凄く美味しかった
平日だけどお客さんで埋まってる理由が分かる☺️
平日ﾗﾝﾁも気になるからまた行こう。
