一番人気のプリンは
卵と乳、砂糖だけでごくシンプルに作られているそう。
細長くて四角いプリンは
むっちり硬めな口当たりの中に
しっとりとした卵のたおやかさを湛えていて
カラメルソースのほろ苦と綺麗に馴染む。

喫茶店と云うよりは
グレーとナチュラル・カラーでまとめた
シンプル・クリーンなカフェの印象。

終日展開のプリンが人気を集める。
