よだれ鶏は錦爽どりを使用し、柔らかく
ほど良い歯ごたえで美味しい。
ソースは広東風だからか辛くなく食べやすい。
広東風焼き物は表面がカリカリに仕上がって
いて豚肉は旨味たっぷりです。
名古屋の中華料理店では基本的に冷凍の
フカヒレを使用してますが瑞瓏では乾燥の
フカヒレなので食べると違いがわかります。
干し鮑はまず鮑が別格に美味しい。
ソースもたまらなく美味しく周りの野菜は
必要ないくらいよかった。
完全個室の隠れ家的なお店でお忍びや
絶対でも利用できるお店だと思います。
