I visited with three gentlemen for a business dinner. It's my first time seeing it. It's a place I've wanted to come to for a long time. The person I was with said that steamed fish is the best way to see the difference in Chinese food. I received the steamed pork belly in the photo, but it was a complete lack of attention. I realized that this is what delicious steamed fish is like. We also had Peking duck, shark fin, and sweet and sour pork as appetizers, but the steamed soup was exquisite.
