他の方のレビューを見て、絶対伺いたいと思ったお店。
平日の12時半過ぎに伺いました。
伏見駅から10番出口を出て数分。
向かいの通りから店員さんとお客さんが出てこられるのが見えて、満員でお断り？と思いきやダメもとで扉を開けるとカウンターへどうぞとの事。
入り口横にテーブルスペースとカウンター、カウンター横にもテーブル席が何席かあります。
メニューは4種類
・阿羅漢定食(おばんざい5種、メイン(魚or肉)ご飯
サラダ、味噌汁、香物)
・海鮮丼定食
・飛騨牛定食
・鰻重膳
メニュー表の海鮮丼も気になりますが「阿羅漢定食」(メイン:魚)をオーダー。
他のお客さんとのやりとりで本日のメインは
肉:ひとくちカツ 魚:鰆の西京焼き との事。
(入口の看板に本日のメイン書いてありました)
カウンターから見える厨房はとても綺麗にされていてお店の方がスムーズに準備されていて見ていてとても気持ち良く、居心地のよい空間。
この日のお昼は程よい人数でしたが、夜は予約でいっぱいとの事でお昼は穴場かも？
お待ちかねの阿羅漢定食。
青菜のお浸しとサラダもシャキッと新鮮で美味しい。
小鉢には旬の筍とロールキャベツ、お出汁の優しい味で筍の美味しさが際立ちます。
もう一つの小鉢は青椒肉絲？珍しく中華？
旬の筍を使っての一品かなっ。
お魚は鰆の西京焼き。
旬の鰆はふっくら程よく脂がのって西京味噌がさらに鰆の美味しさを引き立てて美味しい。
雑穀米がてんこ盛りでどうしようかと思ったけどご飯が進みます(笑)
珍しく茶碗蒸しが最後になってしまった！
一口食べるとお出汁の味がしっかりして美味しい。
でも具がない？と思ったら下の方にコーンがありました。そうそう、コレコレ‼︎
初めて食べた時にコーン？って衝撃うけたやつ(笑)
大好きなお店の系列店。初めての来店でしたが終始穏やかで居心地の良い空間に安定した美味しいお食事。
伏見に来た時にはこちらのお店一択になりそうなお店。
